PRICES AND ITINERARIES
Prices shown are in Australian dollars, include GST and are effective through to 30th April 2010. Some tours, (including tailor-made itineraries) involve travel in Outback areas. Darwin Corporate Limousine Services reserves the right to alter itineraries, vehicles and accommodation as necessitated by weather, road and other operational conditions prevailing at the time. Any personal expenses incurred by a client as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, whether caused by flooding or any other cause are the responsibility of the client. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance.
DEPOSITS - credit/debit cards
Tour or Transfer bookings over 1 hour in duration require a 20% deposit to confirm booking. Full payment to be made 24 hours prior to tour departure. All other transfers, payment is required on arrival at destination unless account facilities have been authorised. Credit card and debit card suppliers impose a merchant fee on all transactions. A 5% fee is in addition to all prices stated and quoted if payment is made by a credit or debit card.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given:
6 days or over, An administration cost of $20.00 with balance being refunded.
Under 6 days but over 24 hours notice – 20% of price, this being your deposit.
Within 24 hours or where no notice given – 100% of price.
Optional Tours or Included Tours
These tours are not operated by Darwin Corporate Limousine Services. Therefore we cannot and do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner including whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.
